There are only nine steps we have to make together with the Client from the first meeting to the examination of the final project results:

• introductory meeting – presentation of EventBrand Company
• agreement of intent
• brief filled in by the potential Client
• development of the exclusive proposal
• presentation to the Client of at least 3 concepts or ideas in line with EventBox principle
• signing of the project realization agreement
• presentation of the final scenario and design project of the future event
• holding of the event after meeting and getting final approval from the Client
• presentation of the final report (we also provide the Client with a special form filled in by the focus group of event guests. It helps us see the real picture of the event performed as the audience sees it)
